I havent seen this mentioned (but I havent been watching the list that carefully either), but I have a laptop that I would like to put a new distribution of RH9 on, and since the disk is small, Im wondering if I can boot from an attached USB Disk? If not, can I put the kernel on the ATA drive, and then mount a USB /root? I dont really want to buy a new disk for the laptop, but I do have a USB disk that has plenty of room on it... Guess Ill find out this weekend, but any problems/experiences any of you have had would be appreciated. -- Reg.Clemens reg@xxxxxxx -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
