Installing to higher than LUN 0

Is there anyway to install RH to a LUN higher than 0?
I know how to get around this after the install, as per the module.conf
file (options scsi_mod max_scsi_luns=255) and a new initrd.
Is there a way I can pass these options (or something similarly effective)
during the install?

I am try to install to LUN 2 on a fibre array via a NStor 2050 and a
Qlogic 2200.
I can only see the first LUN even though I specify LUN 2 as the boot drive
via the 2200's BIOS.

Any help would be most appreciated,

Matt
