I normally use dc3dd.  For troublesome disks, gnu ddrescue is the better
choice.
ok. this tool i do not know but i think this is the right way:
ddrescue /dev/sdx /path/to/my/new/drive
i think i must buy disks because if i get a pice of my data back than i
copy it to my secound storage and so many space i dont have...

if this is you last idea then i will try this.
