The util > fdisk doesn't support GPT. Use GNU Parted. Oops. But you get the point, I hope. /dev/sdc has a different partition table from /dev/sdb and /dev/sde. That short partition is causing mdadm to make the array too small for the filesystem in it. You need to fix the partitions on /dev/sdc to exactly match /dev/sdb and /dev/sde. Can you explain how it might have become different? And use "parted /dev/sdb print" to show the partitions instead of fdisk.
