Hi guys,

Would you please tell me why I use pacat/parec to record monitor device always at the same volume?

I use pacat/parec to record the sound played by the video player, but the volume is always the same. Is there any way to make the recording volume consistent with the playback volume?

Example:
pacat --record -d alsa_output.pci-0000_01_00.1.hdmi-stereo.monitor > dump.raw

Thanks you very much!

Best Regards,
Chengyi
