Capture only, playback only or "capture and playback"

Hello,

The 'pacmd list-cards' gives precious information about sound cards.

I have a jack to usb cable that is capture only (there is no headphone
or speaker output) and it has sources and sinks.

How to determine if the sound card is capture only, playback only or
capture and playback?

The following sound card is capture only (i can't plug a headphone or
speaker to that usb sound card, i have to reroute the captured audio
to another sound card).
