How to restore Pulseaudio to default?

Is there a definitive method to restore all defaults to Pulseaudio?

I have a botched Pulseaudio in Fedora KDE which I have tried to reset via every way I can find, dnf reinstall, commenting out all mods in .conf files, deleting cookies and pulse/config, etc. 

Nothing seems to help, numerous problems including freezing the desktop when trying to change volume.  Close to reinstall OS but it is a heavily customized install.
