GNU/Linux  (Raspbian Jessie, Raspberry Pi 3)

The only thing I changed in the config files is:
exit-idle-time = -1 

In daemon.conf

Yes I can confirm that:

Pactl unload-module <index> 
stops the sine output on both channels. 

 

But in

pactl list modules short

the module<index> has disappeared while the other module-sine is still
there.


This definitely should not happen. I'll investigate and see if I can
reproduce the issue.




 

I cannot reproduce it here. For me it works and I can also immediately
reload module-sine after unloading. What platform are you on and
which version of PA are you using?
