resampling speex-float

You are right, there are typos in the message but not in the config.
/etc/pulse/daemon.conf

and the resample-method = speex-float-5
 and I did restart the laptop so it should be on speex-float-5 but
pacmd list-sink-inputs shows speex-float-1
there is no .config/pulse/daemon.conf
