resampling speex-float

I use ubuntu studio 14.04 and would like to set the resampling to a
higher level. So I edited /etc/pulse/daemon.con and set resample-methode
= speex-float-5. But it is not chanching. It stays on speex-floats-1.

Is there any idea, why it is not speex-float-5.
