Title: destroy stream

Hello,
what is the correct sequence to destroy a stream using pjsip\pjmedia lib (not pjsua)?
I have tried to follow this https://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/FAQ#pjsua-lib-perf, I call the function in this order:
pjmedia_conf_remove_port
pjmedia_stream_destroy
pjmedia_transport_close
pjmedia_master_port_stop
pjmedia_master_port_destroy
pjmedia_conf_destroy
pjmedia_port_destroy

but it doesn't work correctly with hold\unhold, I get often segmentation fault or abort in put_frame, get_frame, put_frame_imp and so on

I have also tried to change the order in many ways, but always without success.

thanks,
Daniele
