Problem with UCB1400 soundcard

I have problem with my UCB1400 sound card: there is always loud noise
(something like white noise with periodical clicks) when calling another
client or when i loopback microphone to the speaker. All other
recording/playing programs works fine. pjsystest detects clock drifts:

06:13:41.452 systest.c Running Audio Device Test

06:13:41.693 audiotest.c Please wait while test is in progress (~11
secs)..
06:13:53.742 pjsua_media.c Set sound device: capture=-1, playback=-2

Audio Device Test
Here are the audio statistics:
Rec : interval (min/max/avg/dev)=
         0/32/20/15 (ms)
      max burst=2
Play: interval (min/max/avg/dev)=
         0/32/20/15 (ms)
      burst=2
There could be 1 problem(s) with the sound device:
1: Clock drifts detected. Capture is 16 samples/sec faster than the
playback device

But sndtest doesn't detect any drifts:

./sndtest -r 8000 -n 1
