[pjsua] Failure using kernel 2.6.39

First of all, forget about 1.0.1, it's too old. Secondly, get the
latest 1.x branch from svn instead (or even the trunk, if you dare).
Third, you should send your log of 1.x too so that we're not looking
in the dark. Fourth, run pjsystest application. And last but not list,
try adding this in your config_site.h:

#define PJMEDIA_AUDIO_DEV_HAS_ALSA		1
