How to link lib of IPP7.0 staticly ?

i m using pjsip 2.0alpha and IPP7.0 
i want to link static lib,
which libs to add to projects(vs2005) ?
struction in http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/Intel_IPP_Codecs
seems incorrect when using IPP7.0
