Pseudo ICE feature request for GTalk XMPP interop

Aaron, Bo, all

now that pjsip (in fact pjmedia) supports ZRTP you can setup secure
calls with XMPP as well. Of course the XMPP lib has to support the
feature to negotiate the RTP parameters but this is required to setup
calls in any case.

ZRTP does not require any support of the signaling layer and works on
the RTP session only.
