SIP-I a.k.a SIP-T RFC3372 is intended to carry SS7 (mainly,although i've seen QSIG and others protocols as well ) information inside of sip messages by using multipart MIME body to include this new additional payload. With that being said pjsip has very limited involvement namely multipart support.
