PJSIP 1.7 - iOS 4

  Hello,

I believe we can do the same thing without pipe.
I attach a patch for sip_transport_tcp.c

I think we could do better, if we define readStream for transport stream 
only.
Sometimes  SIP can use TCP if the size of message is big.
