streamutil problem with play-file

Hi all 
There is problem with using the Streamutil sample :

>pjsua-i386-Win32-vc8-Debug.exe --codec=pcmu --remote=192.168.1.13:4000 --play-file=play_file.wav --send-only

What's the problem?
