Hey, I can help you build with MinGW and msys for shell interpreter. I worked fine for me. Download the source from http://www.pjsip.org/download.htm. I downloaded pjproject-1.3, maybe you could go for pjproject-1.4( that's up to you) Save the file in C:/pjproject-1.3. Initially when you run the source it won't build the exectutables of the sample program, so to force build the samples you need to know you touch path. You can find you touch path in (pjlib/build/makefile) Once you make note of it. Open your shell prompt(In my case it's msys) Issue the commands as below: cd C:/pjproject ./configure $touch (your touch path) $make dep *( Here, if you get nothing to be done, don't worry just go ahead with next command)* $make Object files and executables will be created for the samples in the source. Once you had compiled properly. Go to pjsip-apps/build/ You'll find a folder called samples/i686-pc-mingw32 inside this folder you'll have all the samples program executables. That''s it your done!
