If you have a cross-compiler toolchain called, say, arm-linux-gcc, arm-linux-ld, arm-linux-as, etc. then configure by cd-ing into the pjproject-x.x/ directory and running: ./aconfigure --prefix=/path/to/install/location --host=arm-linux where /path/to/install/location is where you want your files to end up (you presumably don't want to install them in the standard system directories if you're cross-compiling!). After configure, run "make dep" and "make" as usual, then edit your makefile - change the line "prefix = /usr/local" to "prefix = /path/to/install/location" and run "make install".
