pjsip and iPhone. problems with audio.

What I found is you really need to lock things down to 8000 clock  
speed right through the pipeline, not just the audio driver, use  
simple echo (the regular and speex algorithms seem to overwork the  
processor) and avoid the iLBC codec. If you look at the benchmarking  
for pjsip on the pjsip site you can sort of see where the hard work is  
distributed across the stack.
