Open source SIP client and SIP Server for Windows Mobile

Hi Seema,

There is opensource library written in c called PjSIP<http://www.pjsip.org/>.
It can work on different platforms including Windows Mobile. There is a list
of proxies listed on website
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Open+Source+VOIP+Software chose the one
which suits you best.
