error codes

AFAIK, there is reference for pjsip libraries specific error codes,
e.g: pjlib [1], pjmedia [2], not in numeric code though. For OS or
third party library error codes, perhaps you can try pj_strerror(),
please make sure that PJ_HAS_ERROR_STRING is set (by default it's
set).
