error building gcce release from pjproject-1.2 in carbide2.0

hi,
well it worked with S60 3rd edition FP1. so, i think the problem was with
S60 sdk. though, it should not be a problem. because, the emulator runs well
in plain S60 3rd ed.

any thoughts?
