Hello, I had problems getting the certificate when ordering using trustcenter.de. I ended up having to get the order refunded and then re-order the certificate using Internet Explorer 7. In IE7, when the certificate is installed (after clicking the link), you need to go to your certificate store in Tools>Internet settings menu and then export the new certificate.
