In version 1.0.x everything except latter can be modified alive (with following call to pjsua_acc_modify() ). Also you can exchange old account with new one. Stun server in 1.0.x branch is set right after pjsua start, thus you can't change it in any way except for destroying pjsua and starting with new data afterwards.
