I found the problem: My proxy rejects the reply MESSAGE as it contains 
an incorrect Route header:

   Route: <sip:pjsip.org;transport=tcp;lr>

Looks like the request is not loose-routed by your openser proxy - the 
Route header should be removed by the proxy.
