Error installing symbian_ua.sisx on 6650

I tried with the SIS file signed from symbiansigned.org and I get the same error. It seems like there is some problem with ICE, as I get the attached assertion on the emulator screen before seeing the KERNEL-EXEC3 panic. The capabilities are also fine and I don't use APS.

When I disable ICE then the crash goes away, however it fails to make any calls. I'm also attaching the log file for crash with ICE enabled.

Any ideas, guys?

Cheers,
Hitesh
