There has been some work on this recently (
http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/622), but as it stands, it still doesn't
pass the pjlib-test.

I have not made any benchmarks with epoll yet, but there should be many
generic benchmarks on the net (try googling for C1000K).
