Thanks for the log. It seems that this happens because the incoming
SUBSCRIBE contains Event header with a value that we don't support. I've
fixed this in http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/623, thanks.

Btw, when responding please reply to the existing thread rather than
creating a new one to keep the discussion intact in the same thread.
