Can we used Intel IPP to add video on PJSIP?

Hi,

Adding video is rather a complex thing involving some module
integration/modification, while IPP may 'only' handle the
encoding/decoding (and rendering?) parts. So the answer should be yes,
with a note that it needs some more consideration on the other parts.

Regarding the steps, perhaps someone (that has been doing it) can give
a better suggestion.

nanang
