How can we get the frame buffer and put buffer to media_port?

I need to get the pcm voice package from a socket, and send them to SIP phone, also need get the voice package to send back to the socket port. So I do not know how to use PJSUA to implement it.
 
my project is like a sip gateway to connect SIP phone with cell phone.
