How to enable GSM codec On Symbian OS

Hi Karthik,

I just had a chance to test on E90 (also having newer OS than E65/E70),
all codecs (G711 + GSM) work fine.
I build the symbian_ua using S60 3rd ed MR SDK, haven't tried other SDK.
