Why the callback function "on_incoming_call" is not called

Hi all,

         I am just a newer on PJSIP, I develop a SIP VOIP software with PJSIP, I use the last version pjproject-1.0.
         There is a problem that, when an INVITE message is coming, the "on_incoming_call" is not called by the library.
         I have seen the example code in symbian_ua_gui project , but there is no different.
         Can anybody help me, or can you tell me how to debug it.
