Yes, something like that. Although ICE is pretty much peer to peer
rather than client server.

I'm not sure what you mean by "which program to use". ICE has been
integrated in PJSUA-LIB, hence the feature will be available in any
programs using PJSUA-LIB (such as pjsua).
