Not quite (still working on it), but I did couple of successful SIP+media IPv6 interops during SIPit using the attached patch. Mind you that the local IPv6 addresses are hard coded, and IPv6 host resolution probably may not work (no DNS resolver support for AAAA in pjlib-util yet, but pj_getaddrinfo() may work).
