Hi Lafras, To keep it short, here is how to break things down: 1) Intel IPP: This is a fixed time product development kit. This is of the order of a few 100s. Other alternatives are few thousands. 2) Licensing Fees: You can negotiate independently with the G.729Consortium. The order is around $5-$10 per license for smaller volumes and this only goes higher if you use a third party. I wont recommend you one way or the other since I dont know what other people claim for what you pay for. Feel free to contact us (or me) if you need more information. Medhavi.
