jitter buffer issue - G729 integration

Hi Lafras,

We use Intel's implementation of G729 codec (IPP 5.1). I dont have 
information on pricing and other things but I do know that it was selected 
as it was considerably cheaper than Voiceage. I had taken a brief look at 
Voiceage's implementation and it did look a lot simpler to use than Intel's.
