Correct me if I'm wrong, I think ARMv5 compiler is not bundled with 
the SDK nor CodeWarrior. You'll need to license it separately. But 
yes, you can use it to build pjsip for the phone target. You can 
also use GCCE, which is bundled with the SDK, to build pjsip for the 
phone target.
