The tutorial is very old, so I think you are going to have to give up
on that tutorial because the example service is no longer valid.

be interested.
Can anyone recommend some good beginner books on SOAP?
For example, I see things like namespaces and I wonder why it makes
sense for a namespace to be a URL...?
