It seems like your webserver is down.
While I am not certain where 64.124.140.30 points to, it is not my
webserver. Private/internal IP addresses start with 10, 172 or 192.
I believe 64.124.140.30 points to xmethods.
The sample client I am using is the first one mentioned on the
tutorial page at http://devzone.zend.com/node/view/id/689 in the 'A
First SOAP Client' section.
Anyhow, please verify that you are using the correct WSDL-file and
that the location attribute in the address tag is pointing to the
server1.php script. Like this:
