I just released RC3 for 0.8.
The release notes are poor for the reason that this release was planned to be out much earlier, i forgot much of what happened since RC2 and lack the courage to browse through the m-l and cvs logs.
Anyway, some bugs were fixed others not, i've been really bad at tracking the mails i got or the list so i apologize in advance for reported bugs which are not yet fixed. The best way not to forget is to use the bug tracker over at pear.php.net
