The fastest way will be to create your INSERT dynamically and do them all at once. The format would be: INSERT INTO table (column1, column2) VALUES (value1,value2),(value11,value22),(value111,value222) If you're getting record_id and person_id from a form, you can just loop through them and create each (value,value) part and then add on the beginning.
