Hi, If you go to download.com you get the cnet toolbar on the bottom. Same on facebook you get a toolbar that sticks to the bottom of the screen solid. Now I can with Jscript make a toolbar that repositions itself when you scroll but when you scroll it jumps as it repositions. Who do they keep the toolbar so nice and solid on the bottom. Anyone know?
