What I *meant* to say was...

Either - there is an empty field after "B", which is quite possible, in
which case there are no quotes around the date
"B" "" "2009-01-27 00:00:00" "GERBER"

Or one of the quotes before the date should be behind it
"B" "2009-01-27 00:00:00" "GERBER"

But the question is still outstanding
