SESSION OR COKKIE ARE DESTROY IN IE

i have two domain (like abc.com and xyz.net)
i call a page from abc.com(session or cokkie create) in xyz.net via iframe,
there is a big problem is that sessions or cokkies are destroy in other pages of site, just in IE(mind it i create session or cokkie in abc.com and also use in abc.com),and the same code is fine for firefox chorme...
also i include this header for IE :
header('P3P:CP="IDC DSP COR ADM DEVi TAIi PSA PSD IVAi IVDi CONi HIS OUR IND CNT"');
but it is still not working.
give me efficient solution
