$strLocalPath = "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CI\\";
Try the above one. Because between the double quotes, no need of two backslashes but in the end, you need to put two backslashes. I faced the same path problem in windows platform while worked on.
But in PHP 5 version, we dont need to do this. We will give as usual in unix platform.

If I code the line like this, it works fine :-
$strLocalPath = "C:\\Inetpub\ \wwwroot\ \CI\\";
I thought the escape character only came into force for double-quoted
strings?
