How to setup a Local Server Environment:

Hi to everybody,
       I am Srihar from India, I want to setup a localserver environment in my desktop (OS : Win XP)so that i could use ASP.Net , PHP , Ajax ,Mysql and SQL server in that local host.
       I want to know wat are the things i should download? and from where it to be download? 
       If you have any idea or a simple tool for it sent it to me.I am availbale at sriharishine@xxxxxxxxx  .
