It is very unlikely the page itself is infected unless you copied a 
chunk of code which you didn't thoroughly review into the page (very 
bad idea).

Again, this would suggest to me you are probably using a "freebie" 
script you downloaded which you either pasted into your page and 
includes IE specific code or which links to the "infectious" files 
and is inserting the code when the page loads.
Check for unknown or unrecognized links, includes, or "replacements".

Simplest solution is to completely remove the script, along with any 
other "required" files, and either write your own or only use 
reputable sources or libraries.

If you did write the code yourself, then you only need to check that 
you are not using any patterns which might trigger an alert.
