         Anything is pricy compared to free :-) Let's be realistic, 
it cost money
to support equipment, pay for bandwidth, and provide support. Free cannot
be supported forever.

         I have found LHH, and George in particular, to be top notch 
in the area
of service and professionalism. I've had a dedicated server with them for about
5 years.
